We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Cost: $12.95 (applies to all orders)
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Cost: FREE for orders over $50
Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your HOMCOM furniture purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
- The item must include all original parts and accessories
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or special order items
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification when this is completed.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing (timing depends on your financial institution)
Exchange Process
If you’re exchanging an item for a different product:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship your new item
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
